Experience the StoneHouse, where guests have complete access to how animals are raised and how food is grown at Tamarack Farms.

Throughout your stay, there are various opportunities for engagement and education. Interact with our visiting chef partners, participate in seasonal farm activities, or gather around the table for a meal crafted from ingredients sourced from the farm.

With only thirty-five percent of the land dedicated to cultivation, the balance is woodland, wetland, and grassland in their natural state - offering extensive hiking trails for exploring and showcasing Tamarack Farms commitment to biodiversity.

Enjoy the farm seasons:

Winter: February - Gather family for curling on the pond, crisp morning hikes, and warming around the fire

Maple Syrup: March - Be part of making our certified organic, award-winning Maple Syrup

Lambing: June - The joy of spring and experiencing new life with baby lambs on pasture

Garden: July/August - Introduce yourself to new varieties of heirloom vegetables in our StoneHouse garden and the farms’ chef gardens

Fall Garden: September/October - Wind down the season by harvesting woody herbs, squash, and root vegetables

Be part of the experience.
